Choral Society

Cubs and Scouts

The 1st Southoe and Buckden Scout Group has existed in one form or another since the 1930's. It has it's own Scout Hut in Lucks Lane. It has a newly formed Beaver Colony (6 to 8 year olds), a Cub Pack (for 8 to 10 and a half year olds) and a Scout Troop (for 10 and a half to 16 year olds). It is open to both boys and girls who like fun and outdoor adventure and who wish to learn scouting skills.

Diabetes Voluntary Support Group

The Huntingdonshire Voluntary Support Group of Diabetes UK (formerly the British Diabetic Association) meets regularly in the Buckden Millennium Community Centre. More information and contact details can be found on their web page. Click for more information

We are a group of like minded individuals who over the years have derived a great deal of fun and satisfaction (not self-satisfaction I hasten to add!!) by helping others through community activities and fund raising events.
